Our commitment is to deliver quality products across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We utilize reliable third-party courier services. While we aim for delivery within 2-3 days in Rajshahi and 3-5 days nationwide, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political events, or logistics issues. We are not liable for such external delays but will provide full support in tracking.

5. Returns, Refunds and Replacement

In alignment with the Digital Commerce Policy 2021 of Bangladesh, we offer a transparent return process.
