• The product delivered does not match the order specifications (wrong size, color, or model).

2. Return Timeframe

3. Return Guidelines

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and invoices. Once we receive the item at our Rajshahi warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it before approving the return.
