2. Delivery Timeframe

Our team works tirelessly to process your orders quickly. Once your order is confirmed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Inside Rajshahi: 1 - 2 Business Days.
• Outside Rajshahi (All over Bangladesh): 3 - 5 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost during the checkout process before you make any payment. 5. Receiving the Delivery

6. Non-Delivery Situations

If we are unable to deliver your product due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fees before a re-delivery is initiated.
